As 2025 quickly approaches, we’d love to showcase a few of our favourite Edmonton home renovation projects we did this year. These renovations stand out not just because of their custom design features but because of the unique challenges, creativity, and collaboration that went into making the transformations remarkable.
This penthouse underwent an incredible transformation, featuring a complete main floor reconfiguration to enhance flow and functionality. Premium finishes and elegant design details elevate the space, making everyday living feel extraordinary.
The kitchen was redesigned with custom two-tone cabinetry, quartzite countertops, and a mitered backsplash. A new island offers storage and workspace, while a converted kitchen closet became an efficient wine room with striking black cabinets.
In the primary bedroom, a walk-in closet replaced built-ins, creating space for a king-sized bed. The ensuite now features a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and floating bench, all tied together with bold finishes and custom cabinetry.

Why We Love It
Tackling the layout challenges of this project was incredibly rewarding. We completely reimagined the space to create a home that is functional and luxurious—every detail reflects the elegance and quality our clients deserve.

This project gave an older home in a mature Edmonton neighbourhood a stunning new look by blending modern design with classic charm. Hardie siding, soffit lighting, and a fresh colour palette elevated the curb appeal while retaining some of its original features.
The custom-built garage mirrors the home’s mid-century style, with a recessed roof design that preserves natural light. LUX wood-grain steel siding, black fascia, and refinished wood soffits tied the look together, while cost-effective vinyl siding was used for the sides and rear to balance the budget without compromising design.

Reimagining the appearance of older Edmonton homes while preserving their unique character is so satisfying. This project strikes the perfect balance between fresh, mid-century modern style and timeless charm.

These bathrooms were fully reimagined with bold, creative designs that reflect the client’s personality. We added custom tilework, floating vanities, and premium finishes, turning these spaces into real showstoppers.
In the ensuite, we played with vibrant botanical prints and tri-tone hexagonal tiles and added a freestanding soaker tub and walnut floating shelves for warmth and elegance. We updated the vanity using horizontal lighting and a statement chandelier.
The kids’ bathroom mirrors this creativity with its playful tilework and new linear window that floods the space with natural light. Each element was chosen intentionally to blend style and function for the whole family to enjoy.

Why We Love It
When clients are willing to take risks with their designs, it’s easy to have a lot of fun with the renovation project. This project was all about being creative and crafting spaces that truly stand out.
This project was all about opening up the home to its stunning ravine views. By removing part of the rear wall and adding expansive windows, we created a bright, airy space that connects beautifully to the outdoors. We also added a powered pergola with a louvred roof and screen system for the client to enjoy the backyard in various temperatures.
The front entry features a post and beam built out and wrapped in LUX wood-grain cladding, paired with a remarkable garage door for a standout architectural effect. New metal-clad PVC windows and Hardie plank siding enhanced the home’s efficiency, durability, and curb appeal.
