After the initial site visit, we will write up a scope of work document that includes a ballpark price for your project. Pricing is based on historical data and allowances until your project specifics are confirmed.
During the Design Process we work together to clearly define all design details and elements in your project, verify a final scope of work and confirm a total construction cost.
Once the contract has been signed, materials and fixtures are ordered, and custom items are put into production. Project schedules are created that outline the daily activity and milestones for your project.
It’s time for us to get to work on your home! Throughout construction you will have access to our project management software so you’ll know what to expect from start to finish.
