It’s our passion to create remarkable renovations for our clients, and we feel so proud to share that this month we have been recognized by the Canadian Home Builders Association, Edmonton, with 3 CHBA Edmonton Awards of Excellence nominations, and we were awarded the 2023 Best of Houzz Awards for Design and Service!
The two nominated renovation projects are the Best Exterior Renovation for the Lessard exterior, and the Best Renovation 150-300K for the Greenfield project. The third nomination is for Best Social Media Campaign for The Art of Renovation series.

CHBA Project Nominations
The Lessard exterior project was a great way to modernize a dated exterior for a new decade. It included replacing brick arches and installing new garage and entry doors. Learn more about it here.
This renovation in Greenfield was one of the most unique projects we worked on in 2022. With interesting details like a shou sugi ban exterior and a wood stove with tile surround, the sunroom is our favourite element of this project that also included a kitchen remodel and a new deck and exterior. It’s great to be nominated for the work we have done on The Art of Renovation. It’s important to us that we educate our community on the details that go into bringing a vision to life, and to be recognized for this work mean so much.
