This 1980s bi-level home in the Lessard neighbourhood got a fresh facelift.
This project was a complete overhaul that involved removing, replacing and upgrading the dated features with modern materials and fixtures.
We removed the dated brick arches and put in a beam and purlin details instead. Using LUX metal cladding on the posts gives the home exterior a totally new look. This cladding looks like wood, but is actually metal, making it a beautiful, zero-maintenance product.
Some of the brick was retained and updated with a fresh coat of grey paint. We also opted for upgrading to LED soffit lighting and frosted windows in the garage to shine a little extra light on this home.
