This reno in Strathearn really brought the clients’ personal style into their home! The vibrant colour palette and unique features create an unforgettable look.
In the kitchen, we removed the load-bearing wall separating it from the living room, and added a custom built-in shelving/bench unit in the living area. The kitchen features custom cabinets, white quartz countertops finished with a waterfall edge, and dimmable LED pot lights and pendant lights. The custom, geometric ceramic backsplash picks up the stunning blue colour of the cabinets, tying the whole look together. An incredible stairwell feature wall with custom steel railings brings distinction and texture to the home’s entrance.
We also completely reconfigured the ensuite washroom and adjacent walk-in closet. We installed a premium plumbing fixture group, a new curbless shower with a custom wall tile design, a custom floating vanity with under-cabinet lighting detail, and a quartz countertop with a double under-mounted sink. Heated tile floors and a heated towel rack enhance the comfort of the space. The end result is luxurious and beautiful.
