This renovation has minimalistic vibes but doesn’t miss out on some distinctive features! We completely transformed the kitchen, dining room and mudroom. The bevelled edge shaker cabinet doors in the kitchen and mudroom provide a modern twist on a classic profile. The optimized cabinetry layout offers maximum storage options, while the panelled fridge adds to the minimalist appearance of the space. The custom range hood adds a touch of elegance and wire brushed oak hardwood flooring evokes a feeling of comfort and warmth throughout the main floor.
A subway tile backsplash, thoughtful lighting throughout, and quartz countertops complete the look. And the kitchen office area with tasteful shelving elevates the functionality of the space.
By removing the wall and relocating the plumbing stack contained in it, we opened up the dining room to the kitchen. The bar with custom wine rack is now within easy reach of the space for entertaining. A peninsula with bar seating marks the transition from kitchen to dining areas, and we modified the dining room wainscotting to blend in with the kitchen design.
