The clients’ vision was to modernize their home’s stucco exterior and add functionality with a roof over the front entry for shelter. They also wanted to upgrade their windows and exterior doors for increased performance and a fresh appearance, and have the windows meet egress requirements. We achieved this with a total exterior overhaul that added a sleek modern touch.
A standout feature of this exterior’s design is the combination of Hardie panels, black EZ trim, and vertical board-and-batten.
The added porch roof maximizes coverage above the front entry. The decorative lights in the entry enhance the look and give excellent lighting which can be dimmed as needed.
To keep the whole look clean, we used a custom-built water collection system to allow minimal downspouts to be visible on the front of the home.
