Our clients approached us with concerns that their existing stucco was ridden with woodpecker holes, which initiated this exterior renovation. They wanted a wood-like appearance on the posts and gables, without the maintenance requirements, plus a combination of siding products to modernize and enhance the overall aesthetic of the home.

The home’s exterior underwent a striking transformation, featuring Hardie plank siding with a distinctive board and batten design that adds a touch of sophistication. To enhance the façade’s depth and warmth, shake siding details were incorporated in the gables. The overall design was further balanced with enlarged posts and beams, which lend a robust appearance. The posts and beams were clad in LUX wood-grain steel for a modern touch, while new LED soffit lighting illuminates the space beautifully. Additionally, the renovation included new shingles, soffits, fascia, and eavestroughs, enhancing the overall aesthetics and functionality of the exterior.
