Cloverdale Renovation Reveal
We’re so excited to share this full home renovation project we recently finished in the Cloverdale area!
These homeowners wanted some major changes throughout their home to make it more bright, open, and better suited for their growing family. We worked with Navin Sidhu of FabHab Interiors and Consulting to make this home a perfect balance of beauty and function.

Home Renovation Project Details
We completely overhauled this home’s main floor to give it a total makeover. And the transformation didn’t stop there – we also renovated some areas on the second level. Here’s a list of the major changes we made.
Entry Way
If you’ve got kids you’ll appreciate this spacious entry way! We opened up the space and installed a new closet system to create a more functional, family-friendly entry way.
Main Floor
This main floor screams two words: open concept! We installed a beautiful fireplace along with a custom window seat that also serves as another area for storage. The main floor previously had a wall that separated the living area and kitchen. We removed that wall to create a better flow and maintain the open concept design elements.

Kitchen
These homeowners wanted their kitchen to be a space where they could entertain comfortably. We transformed the kitchen from top to bottom by installing custom cabinetry, new appliances, and beautiful light fixtures to master the balance of modern design and functionality.

Laundry Room
Who doesn’t dream of having a laundry room on their main floor? With custom cabinetry, new appliances, and a clean, white subway tile backsplash, laundry is now a luxury!
Master Bedroom
We reconfigured this master bedroom to have direct access to the ensuite through the closet. And one of our favourite elements – the large windows with amazing natural light!
Bathrooms
Bathrooms are often an area that get overlooked, but that certainly didn’t happen here! We renovated three bathrooms in this home: the main floor powder room, the upstairs guest bath, and the master ensuite. We went a step further with the design elements to give the home some pops of color while still maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
