We transformed this penthouse into a modern oasis, starting with engineered hardwood flooring that flows seamlessly throughout the condo. We also added electric shades and blinds that offer convenience and privacy.
A focal point of the penthouse, the fireplace boasts new large-format tiles with meticulously mitered edges, enhancing the allure of the living room.
The kitchen area underwent a complete overhaul, featuring custom cabinets and millwork, complemented by stunning Calacatta Do Brazil Quartzite countertops and marble basketweave backsplash tiles. Contemporary lighting fixtures illuminate the space, while reconfigured rough-in locations for the range hood, cook top, wall-oven/microwave, dishwasher, and sink ensure optimal functionality for the kitchen.
The bathrooms exude elegance with countertops that match the kitchen’s, and a premium plumbing fixture group and accessories. The ensuite was reconfigured to accommodate a spacious walk-in closet. In the master bedroom, we redesigned the layout, relocating the entry door to allow for the new walk-in closet entrance. The closet itself features custom cabinets and millwork, providing ample storage solutions for the client.
