This upscale basement development in the Riverdale neighbourhood east of downtown Edmonton included custom, premium cabinetry for bar area, extensive millwork details with custom bookcase, cork-backed vinyl plank flooring, and beautiful LED pot lighting throughout.

In addition, electric floor heat was installed in the bathroom. To finish the project, sound insulation was installed throughout the entire space.
