These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, the referrer (“Referrer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To qualify as a Referrer, an individual must:

• Be a past or current client of Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. whose account is in good standing
• Be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Canada
• Not be a business, corporation, agency, or referral marketer submitting referrals for commercial or promotional purposes

To be eligible for a Referral Reward, the Referrer must submit the official Referral Bonus Intake Form before the referred individual contacts Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd.

This requirement ensures the referral is properly documented and attributed.

Referrals submitted through any method other than the Referral Bonus Intake Form—including verbal communication, text messages, or emails—are not eligible.

Referral Rewards do not apply to projects with a contract value under $50,000 before tax.

2. Qualified Referral Requirements

A “Qualified Referral” must meet all of the following criteria:

• The referred individual (“Referred Client”) must be a new customer with no prior inquiries, estimates, or active discussions on file
• The Referred Client must identify the Referrer at the time of initial contact
• Only one Referrer may be associated with each project
• The Referred Client must enter into a Construction Agreement and submit the required

“Upon Signing” payment Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. reserves the right, acting reasonably and in good faith, to determine whether a referral qualifies under these Terms.

3. Referral Reward

Eligible Referrers will receive a Referral Reward valued between $500 and $1,500, based on the final contracted project value before tax, as outlined in the Referral Bonus Program.Referral Rewards are issued within 45 days of the Referred Client signing the Final Construction Contract and submitting the initial payment.

Additional terms apply:

• Referral Rewards are issued per project, not per Referrer
• Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged unless Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. elects to do so at its sole discretion
• Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. reserves the right to limit the number of Referral Rewards issued to a single Referrer per calendar year

Reward Options

• Where applicable, a list of eligible Canadian registered charities will be provided
• The Good Grape wine subscription is available exclusively to Tier 2 and Tier 3 referrals, subject to availability and compliance with applicable provincial liquor laws

Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. will remain the account holder for any subscription- based reward. Once a Referral Reward has been selected or issued, it may not be changed or substituted.

Project Value Definition:

Project value refers to the original Construction Agreement total only and excludes change orders, post-signing additions, and any pre-construction or design agreements.

Tax Disclaimer

Referral Rewards may constitute a taxable benefit. Referrers are solely responsible for any tax reporting or obligations arising from participation in the Program. Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. does not provide tax advice.

4. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, or agency relationship between the Referrer and Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. Referral Rewards are provided as a goodwill incentive only and do not constitute commissions.

5. Communication & Privacy

To comply with CASL and Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA/PIPA):

• Referrers must obtain consent before sharing any personal information of a Referred Client
• All personal information is handled in accordance with the company’s Privacy Policy
• Personal information will not be sold, traded, or disclosed outside legitimate internal business purposes

6. Fraud or Misconduct

Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or referral that:

• Submits false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Attempts self-referrals
• Violates these Terms or applicable laws
• Attempts to manipulate, game, or abuse the Program

All determinations are final.

7. Modification or Termination

Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any Referral Reward at any time, subject to applicable law.

Changes become effective upon posting on the company’s website or upon direct notice to participants.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Program is provided “as-is”
• Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd. is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected Referral Rewards
• Liability is limited to the value of one Referral Reward

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

If a Referrer does not agree to these Terms, they must not participate in the Program.
