We built an entirely new, enlarged deck and pergola for these clients, and upgraded their screen room! The new deck features a stunning pergola area for BBQing, with lumber privacy screens. We used composite decking, and railings are black aluminum with glass panels. New LED lighting integrated in the steps, deck perimeter and pergola lends a charming ambience and makes the space easy to navigate when dark. Lastly, the retaining wall was reconfigured for the deck’s new footprint, and we installed new paving stone steps, firepit and patio area. Check out the Waterton Estates Outdoor Sanctuary!
The upgraded screen room features new faux beam details on the ceiling, new shiplap ceiling cladding with an LED spotlight grid, a ceiling-hung TV, and a new custom screen and wall system.
