This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement suite with separate entry development in the Pleasantview neighbourhood of Edmonton allowed the homeowner to rezone the space as a secondary suite.

Executive finishings were installed throughout including Hydronic floor heat, Quartz countertops, electric fireplace, custom barn door, and custom shower with frameless glass. The renovation also included the separation of all ductwork between suite and primary residence, and HRV for secondary suite.

To create the separate entry to the suite, excavation for and the creation of concrete stairs were made, as well as continuing the retaining walls down to the separate entry of the suite.
