We created a spacious, modern garage with a 17-foot ceiling, perfect for storing vehicles and bicycles. The interior is fully finished and heated, featuring spray foam insulation for year-round efficiency.
For versatility, we included a covered workspace and entertainment area, perfect for a BBQ, with a large access for seamless indoor-outdoor use. To allow for ample natural light, we installed overhead windows and a modern overhead door with windows.
We reworked landscaping and fencing to complete the transformation and create a secure space for the client’s dogs. Relocating overhead power lines made for a much cleaner look in the backyard. The result is a functional garage that’s a remarkable standout feature in the backyard.
