Highlights of this complete main floor renovation in the Lendrum Place neighbourhood of Edmonton include the removal of two bearing walls in the kitchen to create an open concept. We installed a customized IKEA kitchen to create a more modern look to the space and did a complete bathroom overhaul and modernization. New engineered hardwood was added throughout the entire main floor including the bedroom to create a consistent look and feel. In addition, due to the age of the house, a complete asbestos removal was required during the renovation.
