Tired of their cramped, enclosed and outdated kitchen, our Lendrum Place clients set out to reimagine their living space. What emerged was an utter transformation of the home into a spacious, interconnected living area, thoughtfully crafted to enhance its beauty, flow and functionality.
Natural light now floods the revamped kitchen, seamlessly merging with the dining room to create an airy, welcoming atmosphere. To address the need for enhanced convenience and storage, we added a new pantry with custom pull out drawers, a new cabinet set below the window, and we extended the height of cabinets on the other two walls. With ample new prep space on the quartz countertop, meal preparation and hosting can now be a satisfying experience!
In the dining area, a charming banquette with wainscotting panels enhances the sense of openness and lends a touch of elegance, while feature corner shelves beautifully highlight the family’s decor pieces. And over in the living room, custom-built shelving and cabinetry echo the kitchen’s elegance, offering a dedicated workspace and efficient storage and display options for a clutter-free environment. Tying in with the texture and tones of the floor, a stylish accent wall completes the cohesive, inviting ambiance.
