We transformed this home’s main floor with a custom-designed kitchen, living room, dining area, and powder room.
By removing the built-in pantry and relocating the sink and appliances, we improved the kitchen’s layout to increase flow, as well as accessibility. We enlarged the window to allow for more natural light, and added custom two-toned cabinetry and a built-in range hood to elevate the space. The remarkable island features quartz countertops and an apron sink. We combined LED grid lighting, under-cabinet lights, and pendant fixtures to provide elegant task and ambient lighting.
The living room now features an upgraded fireplace facade with Artisan tile, complemented by new sconce lighting and LED pot lights. We modernized the home by installing new laminate flooring and removing textured ceilings throughout the living and kitchen areas.
In the dining area, we removed the arches and reconfigured the bulkheads to open up the space. To make the room remarkable, we added decorative wall and post trim details.
The powder room refresh included a quartz-topped vanity, modern toilet, and updated plumbing & lighting fixtures, completing this sophisticated custom renovation.
