We fully remodeled the top level of this 70’s home improve both function and appearance. The ensuite bathroom was reconfigured and enlarged, allowing room for a custom shower with a bench.
We converted the old closet area into a walk-through closet with a custom organizer. An upgrade to a double vanity modernized the guest bathroom. The old ceiling texture was removed and converted to flat, painted finish.
We finished off with new vinyl plank flooring installed in the master bedroom, and new carpet through the remainder of the second story.
